Thursday November 18, 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m., Wrestling Room, White Bldg.

Session I

November 16 – February 10, 6:00-7:30 pm              $125.00

Session I & II

February 15 – March 10  , 6:00-7:30 pm                  $135.00

 

Registration does not include a MN USA Wrestling Card – you must

Obtain your own card online or get at any MN USA Tournament.

 

Registration Fee

Checks Payable to: Centennial Wrestling Association

Includes:

· Registration payment into Youth Home Tournament on February 13th Value of $12.00

· Basic Picture Package Value of $10.00

· Insurance coverage

 

Needed for registration

· A Health Emergency Card will need to be completed for registration by a  parent or guardian.

· Copy of Birth Certificate necessary – if not already on file

 

Financial assistance is available but is subject to approval of the CWA – must show proof of free or reduced lunches.
